What She's About...
Kathryn is a singer and actress from New Mexico who prides herself in her ability to shift between any number of musical and theatrical styles. Her vocal talents range from classical soprano to sultry jazz and rock/pop, as well as Balkan, Middle Eastern, Hindustani, and classic and contemporary musical theatre. Her greatest passion is to challenge herself to bring authenticity and heart to every musical genre she performs.
Kathryn studied at the College of Santa Fe for musical theatre before moving to New York City where she attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). She then went on to earn her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from The New School. Some of her favorite credits include: Lucy (Jekyll & Hyde), CATS (Grizabella), Evita (Peron's Mistress), and Urinetown (Hope Cladwell).
